MOBILE PHONE FILM MAKING WORKSHOPS AT SONIQ STUDIOS!

Have you got ambitions to be the next Steven Spielberg? Want to learn how to plan, shoot and edit a short film using your mobile phone? Aged between 15 and 19 and interested in getting in to the creative industries? Then why not come along to one of the FREE Saturday mobile phone film workshops to learn some fundamental filmmaking skills.
Mobile phone video camera technology has opened up the world of movie making to everyone and it’s so easy to get your film seen via online channels such as YouTube and Vimeo.
At the workshops you will learn the main aspects of film production including pre and post production and shooting. Armed with these new skills you could make your own short film and enter it in the Stoke Your Fires 72 hour film challenge.
Delivered as part of the Stoke Your Fires film festival, the workshops will be held at Soniq Studios and City Uth Centre, Stafford Street, Stoke-on-Trent from 12 noon to 6 pm on 21, 28 January and 4 February
